Architecturally designed and built in 2020 to complement its Georgian neighbour Hemington House and set entirely in it's own plot with parking and a walled garden, this townhouse sleeps 4. It is located on a quiet street - five minutes' walk from the cafés, galleries, independent and vintage shops of Frome in one direction, and wonderful walks into the surrounding villages and Somerset countryside in the other.

Fern Tree is a special compact, bijou and quirky 300 hundred year old cottage situated in the heart of the conservation area in the historic town of Frome. Feel the atmosphere as you walk in that only time can create. It has a master bedroom with a king size bed. The second bedroom one single bed has stairs to the attic room, no door. attic room has 2 single beds and a 6th person is a mattress on the floor A wooden, well equipped kitchen leads you out to a beautiful peaceful sunny courtyard.

This newly fitted, self-contained apartment is a peaceful retreat just a seven minute riverside walk to the heart of historic Frome. Perfect for solo traveller or couples, be it for work or relaxing; it features a comfortable double bed, t.v, full kitchen facilities, walk in shower with skylight, Wi-Fi, and direct access to your private planted terrace with lovely views across town; and you may even get a friendly hello from the owner’s dog through the bushes. Designed and built by Jeremy as a wood workshop which was swiftly outgrown so it was remodelled as our home office with mezzanine floor, large ground floor window, insulation and heating. Our beautiful pied a terra is on the corner of Catherine Hill and Stony Street right in the hub of the artisan quarter. With beautiful high ceilings in the living room and floor to ceiling windows in the top 2 bedrooms, every window has a delightful view of cobbled streets and beautiful shops and bars perfect for people watching.
