Situa-se na costa sul da ilha de São Miguel, na freguesia de São Roque, a 5 minutos de carro do aeroporto e cidade de Ponta Delgada. Virado para o Oceano Atlântico, em frente do "Ilhéu de São Roque" e de uma piscina natural de mar "Zona Balnear Forno da Cal" é um lugar muito sossegado e central para passar as suas férias! A decoração foi inspirada no verde da Ilha e nos cactos que crescem junto ao mar

Casa recuperada ( antiga adega), integrada numa quinta com 5.000 m2, com grande variedade de citrinos e outras culturas. Óptimo jardim, com vista para o mar e para a serra. Possui uma área social muito espaçosa, ideal para famílias e grupos de amigos, onde existe uma mesa de snooker. Muito próxima de várias praias e do centro de Vila Franca do Campo. Existem vários trilhos a começar nas proximidades da casa. Situada na costa sul da ilha de São Miguel, com fácil acessibilidade a Ponta Delgada.
