Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Palamu sits on a small hill overlooking our coconut groves. It's designed as an extension of the plantation. A thatched roof, mud walls, tall coconut pillars. 2 bedrooms flank the living area & open kitchen & are fitted with king size beds & ensuite bathroom. Open air rain-showers are an experience in themselves esp. at dusk with a brilliant sunset, swaying coco trees and cool running water after a hot day. We do not have air-conditioning.

Built in 1956, Dragon-Fly house is very spacious and peaceful. It is ideal for celebrating an event or practising Yoga. The main house has a brand new roof! We have excellent wifi coverage. With a large verandah and open spaces in most rooms, you can enjoy it like home. It boasts a large kitchen, with an American fridge, an Air fryer, an oven, a coffee maker and all the mod cons to allow for easy cooking. There is one other room set apart from the main house, which I normally use.

Serene 4 Bedroom Villa near beach Pool and Garden

This property is our ancestral home constructed before the World War 2 . Situated in a large coconut plantation 4 bedroom home, surrounded by green natural landscape . Eco friendly atmosphere and the house is powered by Solar PV and Solar hot water is provided all showers in toilets. A shared infinity fresh water pool only for the use of the 2 properties within same the compound. Driver’s bed space can be arranged at a nearby location on prior request and charged separately.
