The living area wth the sofa bed is located at the opposite part of the aparment so that it can be considered as a separate bedroom (although it does not have a door separating from the rest of the condo). An outdoor patio is perfect for relaxing breakfast. Breakfast on the run provided.

Must be 23 years old to book! This old house is charming and peaceful with a bit of Victorian flare. It has 12 ft. Ceilings and the original wood floors with lots of character. A little old with the new. It’s centrally located on the east end. Only a 15 min walk to the beach! I provide beach towels and there’s an outdoor shower to rinse off before going up to relax. Alot of great restaurants are in walking distance! Only a two mile drive to the cruise port and the Strand.

Home includes stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook, BBQ pit, and bicycles for the local riding trails. We recently added an outdoor fenced in area for pets. The is a pet fee of 20 dollars per visit. Off street parking for one car. Nice quite part of the Heights.
