Grandma Js: A lovingly restored, Canada Select 4.5 star, oceanfront home with modern conveniences. Make it your own special retreat! The 120+ year old saltbox welcomes guests to magical Herring Neck. The 1st floor is an open great room with a dramatic ocean view picture window. Upstairs 13' foot vaulted ceilings welcome you to the bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom with an oversized shower. Lynch Premises

Newly constructed cottage, no corners cut here. The exterior was done in a spruce wood siding, while the interior was done in a local spruce shiplap, white washed for a soft appearance. The cottage is clean, decorated with old and new so that it maintains that cozy feel. The fireplace adds a warm ambiance. You have access to hiking trails across the island, where you may come across Foxes, Caribou, Whales or Icebergs depending on the time of year. Don't forget to visit the Newfoundland ponies.
