Loft in 100-Year-Old House in Historic Area of Downtown

From the gate you enter into a courtyard with a well maintained green garden, you pass by the old chestnut tree and reach the inner house. Two and a half flights of a wooden staircase take you to the apartment (no elevator). You will find everything needed (appliances, pots and dishes) to prepare your own meal, coffee or tea. The apartment has fast wi-fi Internet and cable TV. Parking in a garage may be available for 6EUR/day, please inquire in advance. Easy access to the airport by metro.

Welcome to my beautiful and cosy studio in the vicinity of the well-known Pirotska str. and the old center! The metro line 1 station is 5 minutes away, which connects you directly to the airport. Not far from the building you will find a shopping center, supermarket, and places to eat. The building is new, with easy access and a high degree of security, has video surveillance and a comfortable elevator. The terrace offers a nice view to the lovely green park. High-speed internet is provided.
