Zentral gelegen erreichen Sie die Fußgängerzone, den Bahnhof, die Bayerische Zugspitzbahn, das Olympia Eissportzentrum und das Alpspitz-Wellenbad in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Unsere Ferienwohnungen werden individuell und modern im alpinen Stil ausgestattet und verfügen - neben einem wunderbaren Ausblick - über jeglichen Komfort.

Ruhiges Ferienapartment

Das Apartment befindet sich im Untergeschoss und bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für einen Urlaub in den Bergen – in zentraler Lage, aber trotzdem ruhiger Umgebung. Zu Fuß oder mit dem ÖPNV können Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und kulturelle Attraktionen schnell erreicht werden. Autos können kostenlos an der Straße geparkt werden. Das Wanderwege-Netz am Wank befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Das Bett ist 1,20m groß und Bad-Accessoires sind für Dich bereitgestellt.

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Hier vermiete ich ein kleines Apartment im Shabby Stil. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und grenzt an den Kurpark. Die Fussgängerzone sowie das Kongresszentrum ist um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist ca. 30 qm groß. Neben dem Wohn- und Schlafraum gehört eine kleine Küchenzeile und ein Bad mit Wellnessdusche und Wc zum Apartment. Schön wäre es, wenn Ihr mir einen Kühlschrankmagneten aus eurer Heimat mitbringt. Ich freue mich auf euch.

Unser charmantes, traditionell und familiengeführtes Gästehaus liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof, Zugspitzbahnhof, Eisstadion und dem Garmischer Ortskern mit Fußgängerzone entfernt. Das Apartment verfügt über ein Doppel- und ein Einzel-bett mit kleiner Küchenzeile, Minibar, TV, WiFi privatem Bad/Du/WC sowie einem Balkon. (2ter Stock) Ab 2025 bieten wir leider kein Frühstück mehr an.
