Within an easy walk to Chandor Gardens and Historic Downtown. The home was created from local sandstone, petrified wood, and ammonite fossils and sits on a third of an acre. The dock is perfect for diving & swimming as well as fishing. The patio is ideal for relaxing and gathering around the table or warming up by the fire pit.
