We’re minutes from Treetops Ski Resort and the snowmobile trail sits right at the end of our road! This central air-conditioned lakefront ranch overlooks Kassuba Lake, sleeps 6, and features 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen and a spacious living/dining area. Bedroom one has a king bed; bedroom two has two twin-over-full bunks. Large windows bring in natural light, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Enjoy a 58" Smart TV, HDMI gaming hookup, DVD player, and WiFi.

It’s clean, cozy, northern charm is perfect for the guest who wants to get away & spend some time close to nature. the cabin is minutes from snowmobiling, hiking, golfing, ski resorts, & Downtown Gaylord. Access snowmobile and ATV trails just across the lake! Enjoy the hot tub and views of the sunrise over the lake year-round with kayaks and swimming in the lake during the summer months. We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Additionally, a 90 jet hottub for ultimate relaxation!

Fresh remodel - May 2025! Welcome to Cottage 7 on Heart Lake. This has 1 bed/1 bath accommodating up to 2 guests. The cottage includes a full kitchen stocked with all cookware, silverware, and dining utensils. In the summer guests will have access to shared kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, water trampoline, swim platform, and bonfire pit. In the winter, guests can access Trail 7, directly across the road, for snowmobile season. It's the perfect place for your northern Michigan getaway!

Enjoy easy access to everything UP NORTH from this perfectly located home base. This 1 bedroom w/ queen size bed 1 full bathroom apartment and fully equipt kitchen. This location is ideal: 1.6 miles to Boyne Mountain, 6 miles to Boyne City downtown, 16 miles to Petoskey, 7 miles to Walloon Lake, and 5 miles to Thumb Lake. We welcome your well-behaved dog! Please read our fur friend guidelines. Occupancy is for 2 guests only please. Not handicapped accessible unfortunately.

Includes Kitchen table and chairs and a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster and a crockpot. There is a bathhouse on site with hot showers and bathrooms. Close to ATV/Snowmobile Trails and you can ride from your site. You will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, towels, cooking utensils and shower items

Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, high speed internet and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or just watch Netflix . Bring your kayaks and your fishing poles - nice deck to watch the sunset. Dogs are welcome for an additional one time fee of $35.00. There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.
