Tsakani beach house

This is a magical place with total exclusivity if you are longing for that and adventure in an extraordinary setting. You have the lagoon as a calm private beach and you can take a 10 minutes walk to the wilder Indian Ocean. The house is perfect for a couple or a small family. From the Bilene village to the house you take a 10 minutes boat trip. If you have a 4x4 car you can drive around the beach and it takes almost one hour. There is a spectacular bird life with more than 26 species.

Wild Garden House

Wake up to humming birds and take a walk through the immensity of trees embellished by over 30 different species of plants. Take breakfast by the pool and shameless selfies on the pool swing :) Every detail in this house is meant to make it cozy while appealing to the eye. If it gets rainy, we suggest you jump on the couch for some Netflix time, or get to that 8 ball first if you feel like some pool! House nr 5 at Xai Xai Exo Estate is called House Hineni. It was bought with a vision to provide a peaceful, spacious house as resting and restoration home away from home. Hineni means Here Am I, send me! Hineni is a beach house with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. Walking distance from the beach and close to many restaurants and other areas to explore. We also own house nr 3 with the name: Hosannah. You are welcome to stay at any of these two beautiful homes.

Buyani, means come over - this is a family holiday house in the tranquil settings of Nhambavale Lake in Chidenguele. We invite you to share a piece of our dream, in this 1500m2 plot, with two accommodations units, suitable for 6 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. Housed in our 2 bed and 2 bathroom main house and a cottage with an en-suite bedroom and spacious lounge. Located within a walking distance from the Nhambavale lake (100m) and 2km to the beach.

You'll find the beach right in front of The house and a tranquil lake just behind it, with a serene forest to the west. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, allowing you to comfortably walk around even at night. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Sleeps 2 to 4 people: Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. One bedroom equipped with a Double Bed. Shower, basin and toilet. 2 Single Beds in the lounge area. It is mostly a Sand\Beach Road. To get to the Resort it is important to Note that a Sedan or Low Ground Clearance Vehicle is not suitable. You would need an High Road Clearance Vehicle, SUV, Bakkie, 4X4 or 2X4.
