De vlonder is een in juni 2017 nieuw gerealiseerde, vrijstaande en duurzame accommodatie aan de Kromme Rijn in Cothen, gelegen in de provincie Utrecht. accommodatie ligt langs het Kromme Rijn wandelpad en is een verblijf voor maximaal 4 gasten en is voorzien van twee afzonderlijke slaapkamers 1 en 2, met privé badkamer met toilet. Het heeft een gemeenschappelijke ontbijt/keuken-ruimte waar u goed kunt vertoeven. Buiten kunt u heerlijk relaxen in de lounge-set op de vlonder aan de Kromme Rijn.

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Achter ons huis staat De Schuur, een romantisch, sfeervol en uniek gastenverblijf, voorzien van alle gemakken zodat je heerlijk tot rust kunt komen en je je geniet modus aan kunt zetten. Geniet lekker van de jacuzzi en sauna op de veranda. Er is een gas bbq aanwezig en een heerlijke buitenhaard. ( BBQ en buitenhaard tegen betaling ) De bakker met verse broodjes is op loopafstand. Kasteel Sypesteyn ligt aan de overkant van de weg. Amsterdam en Utrecht +/-20 min.

Welcome! Our attractive house from 1899 is completely self-sufficient and fully equipped. Kitchen-diner, cozy living room, separate bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi. It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)

Ons gastenverblijf is te huur voor minimaal 3 nachten. Verplichte bijkomende kosten: Toeristenbelasting 1,50 pp/pn ter plekke af te rekenen.
