Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά με ασφάλεια. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από την παραλία μόλις 100 μέτρα με πανοραμική θέα και φτάνεις 1 λεπτό κατεβαίνοντας σκαλοπάτια.
