Practical Information: 1. We have a step water heater therefore you will have to wait about 1-2 minutes for the water to get hot. 2. The living room sofa has a roll-out bed with capacity for 1 person. 3. We have a 3 unit A/C multi-split system. The three A/C´s must be in the same mode for them to work properly. For example, all 3 should be in Cool mode or all 3 should be in Auto mode for them to work properly otherwise they might show an error. 4. The common area jacuzzi and pool only has room temperature water.
