Camera da letto con un letto Matrimoniale alla francese e armadio con ante scorrevoli. Nel bagno è presente una doccia , sanitari sospesi, un Phon e una Lavasciuga. Un patio con giardino dove poter mangiare. In tutta la casa sono presenti le Zanzariere

Nido d'amore nel cuore della Sardegna

La casetta di via Pia è una piccola casa storica del 1880, tipicamente costruita con pietra locale: il nero basalto dell'altipiano di Abbasanta. "Casetta", perché tutto sembra in formato ridotto... le piccole finestre, il forno per il pane, il cortile. Un nido d'amore confortevole e accogliente, adatto a chi vuole vivere esperienze sensoriali (specialmente gastronomiche!) in questa parte di Sardegna meno conosciuta, che alterna mare, pianura, collina e montagna e una tradizione viva, autentica

Casa fronte chiesa San Leonardo

La casa, arredata secondo la tradizione Sarda, si trova a San Leonardo di Siete Fuentes, borgata di Santu Lussurgiu, ad un'altitudine di circa 700 metri, in prov. di Oristano. Il borgo è una delle località più incantevoli della Sardegna,da sempre meta di svariati artisti che ivi trovano ispirazione. Importante è la chiesa romanica del 1100 Le rinomate spiagge del litorale di Oristano e Bosa distano solo 30 chilometri; dopo una giornata al mare, si può godere del silenzio e del fresco notturno.

Un piccolo loft situato nel centro Sardegna. 60 metri quadri circa, con una grande vetrata che si affaccia nella valle sottostante. Gli spazi sono dedicati alla fruizione comoda di un open space abitativo comunicante con uno spazio creativo di artigianato sardo e uno studio di architettura. Il B&B è stato concepito per ospitare le persone che, se lo desiderassero, potrebbero conoscere, all’interno del laboratorio adiacente e ben visibile dall’open space, l’arte della tessitura manuale.

Modern apartment fully renovated and furnished, with one bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating system.The building is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Ghilarza’s historic centre, all amenities are easily reachable on foot. Ghilarza is located in the heart of Sardinia, near the main road that goes from the north to the south of the island, it’s an ideal starting point to discover the region and its traditions.

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Spacious Studio, lake view and bath

Cozy nest with bath, kitchenette and lake view. This room is part of a bigger guesthouse, but has independent access. In certain seasons the sauna and the yoga shala across the street will be open and available with extra costs. The street side access is easy. You probably will want to rent a car to explore the surroundings. The village has a few little shops and the supermarket is 6 km further. Lots of nature, walking routes and interesting places to visit are around.

I'm particularly attached to this house and I took care of all the details since the beginning of its construction: I wanted it to be minimal and elegant at the same time, but cozy and comfortable as well. It is an advanced energy efficiency building, equipped with a hydro massage bathtub, a large living room and private garden and a fine selection of Sardinian wines. Enjoy your stay!
