Built in 2017, this 59.9m2 house is situated on a quiet street just 3 minutes walk from Wainui beach, a 20 minute walk to Makorori / Okitu Reserve and 10 minutes drive to Gisborne city. This is our Winter home with all our possessions which will be left in the house for guests to enjoy and use. This house is on a park and walking distance to the beach and town and supermarket (5 minutes). Guests will be met on arrival and we will always be available should there be any queries. Heating, hot water, and a gas top all LPG. The tv is 65' inches and has Freeview, Netflix, and YouTube.
