The apartment is in a very recent construction. A pre-nineteenth-century factory has been skilfully renovated to obtain houses on two levels, autonomous and overlooking a private internal courtyard. Access to the court is through an ancient door on the splendid Giudecca canal in front of the church of S. Maria del Rosario and near the church of the Redentore. The furniture is new, essential, modern with a few touches of color. The entrance takes place with a code on the electronic keypad.

Spazioso e luminoso ed arieggiato appartamento al secondo piano di un antico palazzo veneziano, le scale sono comode da fare. Si accede attraverso un giardino privato. Tutte le stanze ed il terrazzo sono molto ampie e spaziose. La strada è l’appartamento sono molto silenziosi, nonostante si trovino in una zona molto centrale. I soffitti sono ornati di stucchi veneziani, camera da pranzo e salotto sono separati da un arco decorato, e hanno le finestre sul giardino lontano da altre case.

This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is fully equipped, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace , the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!
