"Our Place"

"Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

Cozy Rustic Cabin, located on a working horse ranch on top of the Colorado National Monument, 30 min from Grand Junction, CO. This location is perfect for those seeking a unique place to stay while enjoying all the adventures available around the area including hiking trails, horseback riding, ATV riding, hunting, and some of the best mountain biking around. There is beautiful aspen covered,alpine high country nearby as well as red rock desert/ formations including a series of natural arches.

My spacious, private and clean duplex has everything you'll need plus extras! Close to downtown, hiking and biking. Access to the entire unit #1 without any interruptions. No shared spaces, own private laundry room, private front entrance, private fenced backyard with an entrance. Fully stocked kitchen with air popper popcorn maker, (popcorn provided), air fryer, cold frosted mugs, keerig coffee maker and regular coffee maker and a yoga mat. It is on 2-acres with incredible 360-degree views, a hot tub, and is a great value! This spacious house has room for everyone to spread out. It is across from the Tiara Rado Golf Course, within walking distance to many hiking/mountain biking trails, the CO river, and is a short drive to Powderhorn Mtn Resort for skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing.

The container sits between our small orchard and open space that we are returning to native vegetation.
