This modern studio has a private entrance, full kitchen with all the cooking basics and a full sized refrigerator and microwave as well as a 3/4 bathroom with a shower (NO Tub). There is a full sized futon as well as a twin sized air mattress if needed. This beautiful studio has an amazing view from the top of the hill and is within walking distance to historical downtown, Restaurants, shopping, and a ton more! *Homeowner lives on site in the house above the studio* *dog must be less than 30lbs

The is also a futon couch in the gameroom that has a pac-man arcade machine as well as well a table top arcade machine with over 17,000 games on it and a basketball machine. Located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and private back yard, it will delight guests with an airy and well-appointed kitchen, a cozy TV room, a deep alcove soaking tub and a serene bedroom and sitting room. The back porch offers a writing desk and reading nook with many books on Arizona and Globe-Miami. Great to enjoy views of the yard/garden while enjoying "me" time.

This property was formally one huge house that was recently converted into 5 separate apartments. This particular unit is Unit 1 with street parking right in front of a private courtyard with a BBQ. The Unit itself has an open concept with a large Livingroom and Kitchen. There is one bedroom with a king bed and a second smaller bedroom with a futon.
