Historic House in the Village of Hardwick

Rochester House is near restaurants, trails, family-friendly activities, and lake beaches. It's convenient to many destinations, including, Hill Farmstead, Caspian Lake (beach) and Craftsbury. A short walk to the Farmer's Market, grocery stores, and most village restaurants. Downtown is .7 miles, 15 min walk. This may be too far in winter. There is a city plowed sidewalk all the way during snow season if needed. House of Pizza is only 2 blocks. We are in the village, please respect neighbors.

Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road.

Ann’s Schoolhouse

Ann’s Schoolhouse is a beautiful Historic Schoolhouse built in 1901 and nestled in the green mountains of Vermont. Complete with the original school bell, chalk board and desks from 1901 you'll take a trip back in time when you visit! You and your family will love the quiet serenity as you sit by the fire pit and take in the views. This cozy home is perfect for your family vacation or event, couples weekend away or a friends trip. Close to restaurants, family activities, nightlife, and the beach. Gorgeous mountainous views, private space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business, families, and furry friends. It's electric car friendly plug on side of house. Fast internet starlink 443 mbps down load and 450 mbps up load. Security camera on the front of house facing the front door and down the driveway. Second security camera is facing the front of house and parking lot.

The Maple Lodge at Lake Elmore

The Maple Lodge at Lake Elmore is a two bedroom handcrafted home located between Montpelier and Stowe Vermont. Nearby skiing, hiking and seasonal recreation opportunities await your visit. The Elmore State Park provides a wonderful beach and watercraft rental & hiking trails for Mount Elmore. Close to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail-a 90 mile walking/biking/snowmobile trail. There is a 24 hour supermarket, restaurants, shopping, & hospital.

Our home, situated on 50 acres of pristine Vermont forest, was originally built in 2001 and renovated in 2018. The land on which it is built has been in our family for 3 generations and features sweeping vistas of beautifully forested Vermont mountains. Lounge on the large wrap around deck as you barbeque your favorite meal, enjoy a beverage, take in breathtaking sunsets! This is a great place for families.
