Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Im Wintergarten mit grandiosem Ausblick auf die Alpen genießt man den Ausblick,5 Gehminuten entfernt ist ein großer Supermarkt und eine Bar, den Dorfkern erreicht man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten.
