Welcome to Wagtail Air BNB! Our little Wagtail Nest offers a private, relaxing and romantic experience. We are located fifteen minutes from the ninety-mile beach (Seaspray) and ten minutes from the township of Sale where there are pubs, restaurants and ample shopping. Upmarket accommodation for the more discerning! King bed in lovely surrounds with luxury ensuite and private lounge room TV & heating. Guests enjoy the adjoining private dining room & open fire. Firewood is unavailable but can be purchased from any service station. Kitchen is in the rear section but not available for guests use unless requested. A 2 min walk to Lake Guthridge & Botanical Gardens. The hospital only a 5 min walk and 600 metres will get you to the CBD. Come enjoy the ambiance!

This two bedroom cottage is well equipped and perfect for all seasons; including a fireplace and air-conditioning. The extensive deck overlooks the water and provides an elevated outdoor area for relaxing, cooking or daydreaming. The cottage is located on a quiet, exclusive crescent away from crowded areas, with a boat ramp and safe swimming area close by.

Our renovated barn has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living & dining. The kitchen comes with essentials such as 2 burner induction stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher (but no oven). Sit and relax under the covered deck & enjoy the sounds of tarra river whilst cooking up a bbq.
