At our Private Suite in Sunset Hill, we strive to make our guests feel relaxed, pampered and completely at home. From our crisp white linens and fluffy towels, to the soft blue and green hues of the room decor, our hope is for our guests to feel like they're stepping into a cozy retreat. Our cottage has an open loft style floor plan. Spacious, quiet, and light filled. 1.5 baths and 2 stories. Modern and elegant finishes on everything. Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Private parking right in front of the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.
