Our place is ideal for families, friends, business trips and travelers as getting to our place is very easy and convenient - just 20 minutes from KL Sentral Station via Putra LRT line. Our home is located in a suburban area just 20 minutes away from the Kuala Lumpur city center. Taman Melawati is one of the last neighbourhoods that still have massive green spaces in Kuala Lumpur. Our home is surrounded by the world's longest quartz ridge. This neighbourhood is populated by mostly elderly people and young families. Our home is not a gated property but there is an hourly patrol by security guards. There are also hidden gems of cafes and nature spots in our neighbourhood.

This housing area has 24-hour security guard patrolling the area and manning the 2 gates A and B. This house is cozy and clean that gives you and family a peaceful mind to rest. it is a Corner lot unit parking for card is not an issue. This taman is new and on reserved Malay land so most of the residents are Malay. Surau is a walking distance from the unit.
