Little Acres is a first floor self-contained apartment situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire / Lincolnshire border. Just a 2-minute drive from the A1 and close to the A52. The Apartment is located on the first floor of our home, above the garages, ideal for 2 people, but can sleeps up to 4. Entry is through a shared utility area (separate to our house) and a private stair case leads to the apartment. We also offer private off road parking for one car.

Close to the Vale of Belvoir with its miles of foot/cycle paths and Belvoir Castle with it shopping complex and a number of places to eat. The Wash house is a beautiful detached stone built countryside retreat perfect for couples. It was built around the 1850’s along with many other properties in the village by the Brownlow family, and in the day it was used for the villagers to come and wash. It sits within our garden, enjoying far reaching views, in a conservation village, with a super village church again enjoying the Lincolnshire countryside views.
