The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

Children’s enclosed garden Sky TV, high chair, travel cot, toys available. We live very close and have a drying room you can use. Milk, eggs, bread, butter, tea, coffee, orange juice on arrival Well placed for York, Beverley and the coast. Renovated hard tennis court next door which guests are welcome to use.
