Căsuța poate găzdui pana la 5 persoane și dispune de: baie, dormitor cu pat suprapus, living open space cu canapea extensibilă, șemineu care poate transforma o seara rece într-o seara de basm, romantica si călduroasă, aer condiționat, bucătărie complet utilată, parcare gratuită, zona de grătar și ceaun, WiFI, TV cu acces la Netflix, Disney+. Pentru cei mici este amenajat, tot exteriorul cu gazon natural, pat suspendat tip baldachin, leagăne, căsuță de jucărie, topogan, hamac și balansoar.

Casa Maxim este situata in orasul Lupeni, la 8km de centrul stațiunii Straja si la 3km de punctul de îmbarcare al telegondolei. Este ideala pentru familii sau grupuri, spațiul interior fiind generos. De asemenea dispune de o curte interioara amenajata, loc de luat masa si zona de barbecue. In curte se poate găsi si un ciubăr cu o capacitate de maxim 6 persoane. Acesta nu este inclus în prețul cazării și se plătește separat la locație în funcție de zilele dorite pentru utilizare.

Căsuță situală la doi pași de Munții Căpățânii, pe culmea dealului (accesul se face pe drum asfaltat). Pe dealul din spate se pot face drumetii cu privelisti incantatoare.
