Located off of 12th Avenue, it’s within walking distance to several bars and restaurants. Alga Brewery recently opened just 3 blocks away. Coming soon is Magnolia, a Pensacola restaurant staple as well as Jitterbug, a coffee/pastry shop. East Hill Pizza is also next door, and has some of the best pizza in town.

Our tiny house was custom built in 2022 and is located in beautiful East Hill. Our place is centrally located just minutes from PNS airport, downtown restaurants and bars, and Pensacola Beach! It is also just a short walk to Bayou Texar and Bayview park. The tiny house is a completely private space with driveway parking for 2 cars and your own patio area! Enjoy beautiful views of the Bayou from the dining room table or the patio area. We'll do anything we can to make your stay great!

Cute Cottage Getaway Downtown!

Wonderful cottage within walking distance to enjoy everything downtown Pensacola has to offer- gallery night, festivals, concerts, market days, parades, Ice flyers games, and Pensacon are all within walking distance! Very cute 1 bedroom 1 bath, light and bright though out. Front porch for relaxing afternoons. A few blocks away from the convention center!!! We charge a pet fee of $75+tax that will be charged per pet. Collected separately.

Steps from Bayview Park including small and large dog parks, dog beach, tennis courts, workout area, boat ramp, Bayview Center & more. 5 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Pensacola Beach. While attached to the main house, the guest suite is its own private space, with a separate entrance, temperature control, driveway parking for 2 and room for a 20’ boat. The neighbourhood has a hometown vibe that is refreshing, offering great places to walk or go for a scenic run along the bayou. Our cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).
