Note: Home has a very steep driveway. In the winter, you will need 4x4 or all-wheel drive to get to the top in snow or ice. There is parking at the bottom of the driveway with about 100 yard trek from the bottom to the top.

The property is located on the Sandy River, stroll along the banks, easily walk 200' to the waters edge. The neighborhood is set amongst tall fir trees and a wonderful mix of quiet older homes, A relaxing hot tub is just outside the master bedroom, on 1 of our spacious decks. Holidays require 3or4 night min stay. This is a NON-SMOKING house. We welcome your pets, $40 fee for each pet.

Where comfort meets adventure. We are located blocks away from the local grocery, liquor store, restaurants and shopping. Three Nines Golf Course is around the corner. Arrah Wanna Trailhead is close and provides hiking and snowshoe trails that take guests into the Mt. Hood National Forest. When winter comes around, guests will have their pick of slopes at Mt. Hood Skibowl (just over 12 miles east), Timberline Lodge (20 miles east), and Mt. Hood Meadows (25 miles east).
