Loft of 29m² includes living area (filled with art), double bed in quiet bedroom , bathroom, and basic kitchenette with fridge (no freezer), toaster, coffeemaker + kettle. There is no stove/microwave. Loft is on 2nd floor via steep stairs in historic monument on a lively street in the center (which means that all attractions are around) For 2 guests only (no visitors). Not for nit-pickers. Be quiet and respect the neighbors. Smoking allowed (no lingering smoke smell thanks to cross-ventilation)

In deze buurt zijn er veel recreatiemogelijkheden in de natuur. Zo kunt u mooie fiets- en wandeltochten maken langs ’t Gein en zijn er fietsroutes naar nostalgische dorpen in de omgeving. Zie bij foto's een beschrijving van het openbaar vervoer. *In het weekend rijdt er geen bus (vanaf januari 2025 wel)* *supermarkten zijn 3-4 km bij ons vandaan*

Met openbaar vervoer naar centrum Amsterdam duurt ongeveer 15 minuten. De bushalte ligt op 50 meter. Een (Uber) taxi naar de stad is amper 15minuten. Deze woning is niet geschikt voor kinderen tussen 6 maanden en 4 jaar.

Beautifully decorated apartment located on the second floor on the famous Prinsengracht in Amsterdam, more center is not possible. A few steps away next to the Anna Frank House. Within walking distance of the Central Station and easily accessible by taxi from Schiphol airport. Indoor parking space under the house can be rented for an additional €80 per day, but please note that reversing into the parking space is not easy.
