The Island of Pag has the most indented coast of all the islands in the Adriatic Sea (270 km) and 84 km of the coast are gravel & sand beaches. The access to the island is via a ferry (Prizna - Zigljen line) or the bridge (bridge of Pag). Average monthly temperature from May to September is above 20°C. The richness of the aromatic plants - and herbs with healing properties - which grow on the island give the local food (like sheep's cheese or lamb) a unique flavour. Local industries are collecting and processing sea-salt and lace-making. The island also boasts scientifically-acknowledged healing mud. The city of Pag is the oldest town on the island (on 30th March.1244, Bela IV granted it a charter to confirm its free royal status). The town itself has 20 km of sand beaches. The city beach is ideal for sport & fun and it is appropriate & safe for children. Near the beach there are also restaurants and cafés. Ez a modern villa 6-8 fős medencével a Straža nevű Vir sziget területén található. A 100 m²-es összlakterületű villa egy 200 m²-es bekerített telken található. A villa nappalija 2 apartmanból áll. Az első apartman egy nappalira, egy teljesen felszerelt konyhára, két hálószobára (az egyik franciaággyal és egy két egyszemélyes ággyal) és egy zuhanyzós fürdőszobával rendelkezik. A második apartman egy nappalira, egy teljesen felszerelt konyhára, egy franciaággyal felszerelt hálószobára és egy zuhanyzós fürdőszobával rendelkezik. Mindkét nappaliban, mindkét apartmanban egy-egy kanapé található még egy fő részére. A villa udvarán található egy úszómedence (22,5 m² ) nyugágyakkal, napernyővel és kültéri zuhanyzóval, valamint egy 12 m²-es fedett terasz kerti bútorokkal és grillezővel. Légkondicionálás, vezeték nélküli internet hozzáférés, műholdas TV, mosogatógép, mosógép, babaágy és etetőszék, valamint a parkolás ingyenes.
