Ez a modern villa 6-8 fős medencével a Straža nevű Vir sziget területén található. A 100 m²-es összlakterületű villa egy 200 m²-es bekerített telken található. A villa nappalija 2 apartmanból áll. Az első apartman egy nappalira, egy teljesen felszerelt konyhára, két hálószobára (az egyik franciaággyal és egy két egyszemélyes ággyal) és egy zuhanyzós fürdőszobával rendelkezik. A második apartman egy nappalira, egy teljesen felszerelt konyhára, egy franciaággyal felszerelt hálószobára és egy zuhanyzós fürdőszobával rendelkezik. Mindkét nappaliban, mindkét apartmanban egy-egy kanapé található még egy fő részére. A villa udvarán található egy úszómedence (22,5 m² ) nyugágyakkal, napernyővel és kültéri zuhanyzóval, valamint egy 12 m²-es fedett terasz kerti bútorokkal és grillezővel. Légkondicionálás, vezeték nélküli internet hozzáférés, műholdas TV, mosogatógép, mosógép, babaágy és etetőszék, valamint a parkolás ingyenes.
