The owners are respectful of guest privacy and will not access guest areas during your stay. - The dock is suitable for non-motorized watercraft only. Boats cannot be tied up here. A public boat launch is available nearby (approximately 1.6 miles away). - Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles, with limited additional space if bringing a boat. This beautiful home is on a quiet Cherokee Lakefront lot with incredible views of the Great Smoky Mountains. It has so many spaces across 3 stories, with many large common rooms and decks, and is perfect for groups. The master suite (with the king size bed) also has a large bathroom with a large tub in addition to separate shower. The house includes a 2 story fixed dock area 600 sf each, a 600sf floating platform and boat tie-up that can accommodate up to 3 boats & 2 jet skis. Perfect Retreat!
