Welcome to the Mustard Seed. We believe that big memories can be made with humble beginnings. We invite you to come experience country-style living in East Tennessee. We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

This charming getaway offers stunning lake views, and endless water adventures and plenty of space to relax and unwind. While our property does not offer boat rentals, there are several rental options nearby. If you're bringing a boat, you're welcome to park it in the driveway. A Stay On Brentwood

This location is in the heart of Morristown with a variety of restaurants and quick access to interstate 40 and interstate 81. With the Néw interstate access, the drive to pigeon Forge is about 45 but could be longer depending on traffic. Guest are encouraged to allow more time during peak season ( March- December ) This listing is NOT a good fit for small or toddler children because of the kitchenette and fireplace.
