Located 13km from Dunkeld, the southern gateway to the Grampians, and 20km from Hamilton. "Kennebec" now offers the homestead which sleeps 6, the "Family Studio Suite" which sleeps 4 & our beautiful studio space which is perfect for brides getting ready, large family gatherings or workshops/crafting weekends with your friends.

Dacelo is a luxurious retreat based at the foot of Boronia Peak and a 10 minute stroll from the centre of Halls Gap. This 3 bedroom luxury property can sleep up to 8 people and has 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining shower and basin, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 king single beds. It is an easy walk to Royal Mail Hotel (1.4km) The house is fully equipped with all utensils and kitchen facilities. Pets are welcome and the large yard is enclosed.

On the edge of Rocklands Reservoir, 4 bedroom home

On the far side of the Grampians, nestled in stringy bark bushland on the edge of Rocklands sits Yangoora. Once home to farmers, bee keepers, rose growers and tree changers, now yours to enjoy. Settle on the deck as the red necked wallabies shyly appear and native birds splash and natter in the coolness of the birdbath. Kayak the clear water, try your hand at catching a fish or wander the dirt track to explore and be captivated by the bush.
