Composed by kitchen, living room with sofa-bed, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 large terraces on the sea where to have dinner, relax and enjoy sunsets. Parking and private beach cabins are included. San Vincenzo is a harboured charming village with wonderful sea. Close to vineyards, historical villages such as Bolgheri, Suvereto, Populonia. La casa è a 4 minuti dal mare. La bellissima spiaggia di Rimigliano è vicinissima e a pochi minuti di auto si può raggiungere il Golfo di Baratti. Molte attrazioni in zona: borghi medievali (Campiglia, Suvereto, Populonia), parchi divertimenti, le terme Calidario, il parco acquatico di Cecina. La casa è una bifamiliare e, con il suo ampio giardino privato, è un oasi di relax, è possibile mangiare all’esterno. Gli spazi interni sono ampi e luminosi. Il soggiorno sarà una parentesi di calma.

The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Un cameretta per bambini con letto a castello e camera matrimoniale con ampia cabina armadio. Totalmente ristrutturato completa l’appartamento l’aria condizionata e Wi-Fi.
