Welcome to this fully renovated house originally built in 1786 by Joseph Clement, the only non-stone home to survive the burning of St Davids in 1814. Backing onto the award-winning Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery, The Clement House sits along the grapevines featuring a large patio and two-person swing. Off Street parking with easy access to your flat. It is located two streets in from the Niagara river between Niagara Falls and Buffalo. Enjoy the gardens, a nice fire at the fire pit, with full access to our patios, the bike trails, great dining in walking distance. Come to relax and escape for a while!
