There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Washer/dryer in unit. The home has extras for your furry friends, such as, treats, wipes, potty bags, etc. The community features 2 dog parks and a small walking path. Close by to many museums, great restaurants, walking and mountain bike trails, and lots of entertainment.

Summit House is a trail-side retreat, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. TheBack40 trail (Summit School) is visible from the front door! Nestled among trees, this getaway affords its guests a bit of extra privacy. The interior is fresh and bright with a large kitchen and dining table, and a sun-kissed master bedroom. The guest bedrooms feature Murphy beds, and one easily doubles as an office. It is furnished with a pneumatic sit/stand desk and a leather high-rise chair.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located shop home. Located just 3 miles off the new bypass you can easily get anywhere in NWA. Downtown Bentonville is just one exit South or you can head North and enjoy the Elk River in just a short 30 minute drive.
