more than you bargained for barn annex

The Annex is adjacent to our Studio Barn, which is occasionally used as a rehearsal and performance space. I'd say the space is most suitable for a single person, either visiting the area or relatives, for someone who goes out to work regularly, or f.e.looking for a more permanent accommodation in the area... (previous experiences) With it's own bathroom and kitchen it is entirely independant, just the entrance is shared with the actual barn. Work desk and television can be fitted on demand.

Shepard’s Hut in Small Orchard

This is a stand alone unit totally self contained with shower and toilet. Unlike garden rooms this unit has wheels and a tow bar. The (should I say) Shepherdess Hut as it was used by a small holder during lambing to be close to her flock. Not suitable for long stays. More details below in The Space. Our small orchard has 2 x cherry, plum, 3 x pear, 2 x apple, greengage, apricot, mulberry, medlar and olive. We also have two 2 x raspberry, loganberry, Japanese wine berry and our own hops

Fantastic fully refurbished cottage in the heart of one of Suffolk’s prettiest villages with stunning views of the Box Valley. One end of the cottage has a large modern kitchen and dining area with direct views and access to a beautifully relandscaped garden, and at the other is a wonderfully comfortable and cozy sitting room with log burner. Tuck away next to the Wivenhoe woods (upper Wivenhoe), this lovely self-contained studio flat provides comfortable accommodation throughout. The studio is on a cul-de-sac, with its own entrance. It is just a short walk to the University of Essex via Wivenhoe Public pathway. The the train station is also only 15 minute walk away through the Wivenhoe trail. Ideal for 1-2 guests, but a baby or small chid is welcome (providing that you bring your own travel cot & bedding with you).

Bradleys Barn is a converted stable situated on the farm which has been in our family for 120 years. It’s last inhabitants were Dapper, a Clydesdale and Prince, a Suffolk Punch, in the 1940s. We hope you enjoy your stay here and please explore our woodland walks looking out for buzzards, deer, brown hares and kites. We are located on the Essex Way as you will see on the map in the hallway. This is very good for walking and mountain biking.
