My villa is ideally situated just 15 minutes from the Geelong CBD and the surf beaches of Ocean Grove and 13th Beach. Most of the outstanding wineries on the Bellarine are within 30 minutes, and 5 minutes away you have Melbourne's biggest water theme park Adventure World. We are also only 90 minutes from Melbourne and the Great Ocean Road is 2 hours away. The villa is free standing with quality fittings throughout and is in a very quiet location with everything you need to have a relaxing break.

This unique house is divided into two smaller, houses with locked doors between both. With a large lounge, spacious bedroom, kitchen, laundry & bathroom, your house includes polished hardwood floorboards and has been freshly painted and tiled. Located in quiet area above the Waurn Ponds walk/bike track, it's just a few minutes from the Surf Coast Highway, Colac Rd, Geelong Ring Road, Epworth Hospital, Deakin University, Waurn Ponds Shopping precinct, Belmont Villiage, Grovedale Hotel, etc.

Hideaway Cottage is a beautifully restored, heritage listed 2 bedroom cottage (circa 1910) tucked away in the heart of Geelong West. It exudes warmth, soul and style. The cottage is within a short distance to Pakington Street, Shannon Avenue, 5 min drive to the Waterfront, City, GMHBA Stadium and 8 min drive to the Spirit of Tasmania. Located within walking distance to Geelong CBD and Eastern Beach makes for a relaxing time away.

House is 1930's cottage, originally built to house workers who came to town to work at the railways or the port. Simple in it's design, updated amenities to ensure comfort. Close to family-friendly activities, public transport, nightlife, city centre. Walking distance to Eastern beach, botantical gardens, the waterfront, hospital and Geelong CBD.
