Cabin is at the back of our garden - all for yourselves ;-)) Location is ideal for RVC or FILM INDUSTRY ROLES On the warm days you can enjoy the water fountain, pond and our friendly dog & cats The access is via our house where you can meet myself, my kids, my friends or our other guests staying in the main house ;-)) It does have a nano kitchenette/it is very basic- not suitable for proper cooking ;-)) No smoking indoors Free parking nearby A train line not far behind the cabin-can be heard

Nestled in the garden of Winter Lodge, Winter Cabin is tucked gently among mature trees in the quiet heart of the North Downs, it’s a modest 1 bedroom 1 bathroom retreat. Tall trees, oak and pine stand like sentinels, filtering dappled light onto the cabin. The only disturbance you will hear will be birds calling. The small porch is perfect for tea at dawn and a book at dusk. Inside the space its simple but welcoming wooden walls and ceilings with large windows frame the green outside world.

No more than 2 guest permitted at anytime on the property. No smoking/vaping on the property.

The toilet works on a Mascerator system (i.e. it is not on main drainage) so care must be taken as to what is discarded in it. Access is through the main apartment. Suitable for two adults. Professional owner & dog in adjoining main apartment (and sometimes an additional dog staying).
