Our Premium East Lodge room offers a plush, King bed and a private bathroom with a jet tub/shower combo. These Premium guest rooms feature stunning vaulted ceilings, gas-burning fireplaces, and views of the Catskill Mountains from the shared porch. All East Lodge rooms have comfortable, high-quality bedding, blackout privacy curtains, a mini-fridge, and a flat-panel HD TV with DVD player and DirecTV. Our rooms showcase architectural details, original art, and curated books for an inspired stay.

Rocky Ledges

Our house was a historic cottage, built in the 1880s. We built a new house around the cottage. We are Artists and our guest bedrooms are in a sense galleries. Guests have the entire second floor, 2 bedrooms, perfect for couples who are traveling together & families with teenagers. The back is the private entrance to the stairs. We live on a quiet and pleasant dead end street. The views of the Catskills & gardens are awesome. Located near Hunter Mountain Festivals, Woodstock & Katterskill Falls.

The Marlowe Room at The Gateway at Pine Hill offers year round comfort to skiers and hikers alike, who are looking to cozy up in our king sized bed. Whether you would like to warm up in the lodge or enjoy the outdoor patio, we are located across Rt 28 from Belleayre Mountain in the heart of the Catskill High Peaks. Guests will have full access to the amenities of the property which include a wood stove fireplace in our lounge and complimentary breakfast.

The Winterton Room at The Gateway at Pine Hill

The Gateway at Pine Hill is the closest lodging to Belleayre Ski. The Winterton room is a newly designed room with one queen bed, a daybed and an en suite bathroom that can comfortably sleep three people. All guests will have use of our fireside lounge filled with books and games and an apres ski hot chocolate. Breakfast is included and is served from 7:30am - 10:00am daily.
