Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

View the mountain from the deck while listening to the nearby waterfall. Adventure awaits at the end of the drive or by walking down onto a tree-covered path into the Park's 3,000 acres. Located on the edge of the Blue Ridge, enjoy hiking, wildlife, breathtaking views, history, paddling, fishing, history, or bluegrass music on the mountain.

Downtown Condo Near Arena

Private downtown two bedroom condo near Bon Secours Arena. Easy to access directly off the main gateway entrance to downtown. Walk to Main St. in 10-15 minutes for access to great restaurants, bars, and shopping. 20 minute walk to beautiful Falls Park. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee provided. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony. If you're in town for an event at the Bon Secours Arena, avoid event parking fees and stay here. You won't find a closer place to the arena.

Campsite 1 - by the creek

Enjoy this large spacious campsite next to Cold Spring Branch. Park in the first parking lot and use our wagon to load your gear down the trail to the private site tucked into the trees along the creek. A picnic table a fire ring are available and several large tent pads are cozied up next to the creek. Fetch water from the creek and use our Sawyer water filter to ensure clean treated drinking water. Hike and bike our trails, lounge in the grassy meadow or just relax in the shade.
