The only shared space is the back entry way/mud room. This home is right around the corner from a shopping plaza that offers good food and fun shopping. We are less than a mile from the swamp rabbit trail! Furman University is also 2.9 miles away. Please inform me if traveling with pets, fee will be added.

I listen to my awesome guests and have made a few recent updates: new electrical outlets in bathroom, new larger hot water heater for longer showers and now a Kitchen is equipped with a cusinart oven, induction top/microwave

It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.
