Welcome to The Park Cottage, we are thrilled to have you stay with us. Staying at the Park Cottage means you get a clean and sanitized home all to yourself, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfy living area with internet connected TV, second floor loft with two single beds and play area for kids. You also get a sunroom with beautiful forest views, and an outdoor firepit. We are located adjacent to Paris Mountain State Park property, and a State Park Pass is included in your stay.

Main Street & its Shops & Restaurants, Falls Park, & the Baseball Stadium are a 2 minute walk away! This was recently our personal residence & we left it feeling like home for you! Fresh paint in all rooms & new furniture. Downstairs is the living/dining area, front/back patios & 1/2 bath. Upstairs, both rooms have vaulted ceilings, king beds, smart tvs, full bathrooms, & laundry in the hall.

The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.
