We are located near L3Harris, TAMU Commerce, with convenient access to plenty of restaurants, outdoor activities, parks, trails, museums, and shopping. Come relax and unwind in a charming, beautifully decorated private apartment with every amenity you can think of, from Turkish bathrobes to a full kitchen & snacks in the pantry! Private entrance, private enclosed patio. Ideally located in a quiet, tranquil neighborhood just a 20 minute straight shot down the freeway to downtown, yet a quick 20-minute walk to a lake with a beautiful scenic strolling path, passing cows and chickens along the way. Half-an-hour lightrail train ride from downtown.

Cozy wood cabin in the country

My cozy, 1,000 square foot cabin is located on 13 acres of quiet, wooded, private property. The main home is also located on this property. Landscape features include a pond and many trees. There also is a handicapped ramp attached to the back entry, which is where you will enter the cabin. There is a porch with a porch swing and outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country lifestyle. Also, there is an outdoor fire pit you can use to warm up by or make s’mores.

My cabin is a hidden gem in Urbandale, a neighborhood only 15 minutes from downtown that's filled with unique architecture, old trees, and multicultural flavor. Crafted from pine felled and hand-planed in Boone, NC, the cabin has a wonderful smell and unique aesthetic. It's like a woodcutter's home deep in the woods, yet sits safely in my verdant backyard. Covered parking is removed from the road and secure. Already booked or need more space? Check out my Airstream or artist's loft!

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Have fun with the family at this stylish fully remodeled cottage. Plenty of outdoor areas to hang out by a fire pit or dine outdoors. Sorry, No pets allowed. WIFI, Board games, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, pots & pans, plates, and silverware. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

There are 3 smart ROKU TVs (1 in each bedroom and in living room), fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer plus 1 covered and 1 uncovered parking space. 2 beds plus 1 air mattress. Dallas sites, Rowlett, and Rockwall are all nearby.

Welcome to our cottage. Boasting beautiful sunsets, wide open spaces and even a small pond. Our location has easy access to a major highway. We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The owner is on standby if you have any questions.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, The Fairway can accommodate up to 7 people (no more than 6 adults). With a coffee bar, covered patio, treehouse, swing set, basketball goal, games/puzzles, and more, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!
