This is our family cottage home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is newly renovated, and decorated. We occasionally open it to all responsible, respectful, adult guest who abide by the house rules. No outside guest allowed after check in. It is 6.7 miles/15 minute drive to New Orleans/ French Quarter. We live next door. Absolutely no parties/ Booking Person must be the guest/ no more than 3 guest ever. We may ask for ID. If unsure. before you will be given the key. Wifi and Netflix.

Once you are nestled snugly in New Orleans' second oldest neighborhood, lovely Algiers Point, you will delight in the original artwork created by your host artist, and in the historic architecture, as you stroll our quaint streets and enjoy restaurants and bars just steps from the Art House, and along the walking path by the mighty Mississippi River.

Stay in a newly renovated beauty in family-friendly Algiers Point, New Orleans' hidden gem and one of the safest neighborhoods in the city! We're on the CLOSEST residential block to the ferry, giving instant access to the French Quarter, Downtown, Superdome, streetcar, & 2 malls. When you need something more low key, explore Algiers Point’s historic streets and levee or hang out at our restaurants, coffee shop, & bars - all a 5 minute walk away. Know that linens are ALWAYS freshly laundered!

Walk to Commander's Palace in the Garden District or venture down to great Breweries just a couple blocks away.

NOLA Pied-A-Terre steps from Audubon & Clancy’s

The pied-a-terre has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom and bath. The combined living and dining room has large windows allowing for abundant sunlight. Local artwork is featured and the place is very comfortable. TV's are included in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen offers plenty of pots, pans, dishes, Keurig coffee maker, etc, as well as local cookbooks. Pets are allowed with a fee, which is displayed when you enter them as pet guests.

This Uptown unit is a private studio in my home (NO shared space with rest of home) with private entrance & parking. Ideal for single/couple who want to stay in a neighborhood. The area is quiet, and is racially & economically diverse. Unit does NOT have full kitchen (fridge & microwave). 10 minute walk to St. Charles streetcar line. $10/10 minute Uber to downtown/French Quarter. Limit 2 guests. Dogs allowed & on premises.
