It's located in a SAFE and POPULAR area of New Orleans, and it has a private HOT TUB , swimming POOL, and a ping pong, air hockey and pool table! My vacation rental is located right off the FAMOUS Magazine Street and within walking distance to LOTS of restaurants, boutique stores, art galleries, coffee shops, bars, grocery stores, drug stores, the St Charles streetcar and RTA bus stop. :-)

A short distance to Jazz Fest and Voo-Doo Festival grounds. Unit has a bedroom, bathroom, and a sitting room. Pool and yard area is common space. Only registered guests allowed access to property, including pool. NO PETS allowed as there is already a very friendly dog on site.

Our guest suite overlooks a beautiful pool and peaceful gardens in uptown New Orleans. It is 5 blocks to the St Charles streetcar and walking distance to restaurants, music clubs and streetcars. It has a luxuriously comfortable bed, high ceilings and large windows with garden views. Due to COVID-19, we re-emphasize our policy that the pool is only available for use by our guests. This studio accommodates up to 2 people and we cannot allow parties.
