A Tiny House, Hill Country Charm - Mountain Laurel

This tiny house is a cozy oasis for a quiet getaway. The Mountain Laurel is on our 5-acre homestead we call Deerhaven Retreat. A queen bed downstairs and 2 twins in loft — sleeps up to 4. Full kitchen, bathroom with shower. Features WiFi, RokuTV, AC/heat, Keurig, tea pot, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, fridge. You'll enjoy a Hill Country vibe that's only 8 minutes to shops & dining. Please, no kids under 12. In addition to this unit, a separate area of our property features three small cabins.

Hill Country retreat overlooking the city. Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

Cozy and quaint loft just a skip and a hop away from La Cantera outdoor shopping mall, the Rim, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, and SeaWorld. Downtown San Antonio is a short 15-20 minute drive with attractions such as the Alamo, the Riverwalk, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and a multitude of dining experiences. You'll feel right at home in this charming and comfortable property.
