It is a straight 20 mile drive from the property to Texas A&M University. Convenient location and very quiet! The home has a king sized bed and a queen sized bed. It also has two matching fold-out futon couch beds that are suitable for children. The home will sleep 4 adults and 2 children. Very clean!
