Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

If you need to check in before 1600, often that is possible, same for checking out after 1100, however not always and we need to figure it out, just ask :). Please note: the flat is on the fifth floor and no lift.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Wer es ruhig und naturnah mag und doch die Städte Berlin & Potsdam um die Ecke haben möchte ist genau richtig. Es gibt ein eigenen Eingang, Terrasse und Garten. Wohnzimmer mit Küche und ein Doppelbett. Oben das Schlafzimmer mit ein Einzelbett sowie ein Kingsize Bett. Wir wohnen nebenan, kein Schlüsselproblem, Auch der Ankunftszeit ist egal. Wir sind nah am Bhf. Griebnitzsee und Wannsee. Parken frei, auch Lkw. Haustiere willkommen.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen perfekte Aufenthalt braucht. Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück reserviert.
